Large-size light decorative gypsum ceiling and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a large-size light decorative gypsum ceiling and a preparation method thereof. The gypsum ceiling comprises a gypsum ceiling body, wherein a first layer of glass fiber felts, glass fiber gridding cloth, glass fiber rods, aluminum alloy keels and a second layer of glass fiber felts are arranged in the gypsum ceiling body; the first layer of glass fiber felts is positioned at the bottom of the gypsum ceiling body; the glass fiber gridding cloth is positioned above the first layer of glass fiber felts; four glass fiber rods are provided, are uniformly distributed at the periphery of the gypsum ceiling body, and are wrapped by the first layer of glass fiber felts; the aluminum alloy keels are positioned above the glass fiber gridding cloth; and the second layer of glass fiber felts is positioned at the top of the gypsum ceiling body, and wraps the aluminum alloy keels and the glass fiber rods. The invention further comprises the preparation method of the large-size light decorative gypsum ceiling. As the decorative gypsum ceiling structure is changed, the decorative gypsum ceiling of 1200*1200 mm-1200*2400 mm can be produced; and the decorative gypsum ceiling is specifically suitable for large buildings with large-area ceilings.

The invention discloses a large-size light decorative gypsum ceiling and a preparation method thereof. The gypsum ceiling comprises a gypsum ceiling body, wherein a first layer of glass fiber felts, glass fiber gridding cloth, glass fiber rods, aluminum alloy keels and a second layer of glass fiber felts are arranged in the gypsum ceiling body; the first layer of glass fiber felts is positioned at the bottom of the gypsum ceiling body; the glass fiber gridding cloth is positioned above the first layer of glass fiber felts; four glass fiber rods are provided, are uniformly distributed at the periphery of the gypsum ceiling body, and are wrapped by the first layer of glass fiber felts; the aluminum alloy keels are positioned above the glass fiber gridding cloth; and the second layer of glass fiber felts is positioned at the top of the gypsum ceiling body, and wraps the aluminum alloy keels and the glass fiber rods. The invention further comprises the preparation method of the large-size light decorative gypsum ceiling. As the decorative gypsum ceiling structure is changed, the decorative gypsum ceiling of 1200*1200 mm-1200*2400 mm can be produced; and the decorative gypsum ceiling is specifically suitable for large buildings with large-area ceilings.
