The invention discloses a medical heart pump impeller. The medical heart pump impeller comprises a cast titanium alloy impeller body and an impeller body outer titanium nitride ceramic material layer, and uses a specific composition of acid washing liquid and passivation liquid; and through the use of the chemical agents, the surface treatment period is largely shortened, and the surface treatment effect is excellent. As the titanium nitride ceramic material is coated on the surface of the impeller according to the type and speed differences of human cells contacted by the impeller, the material and blood compatibility is improved.
