Submerged pump impeller and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to the field of water pumps, and provides a submerged pump impeller and a manufacturing method thereof. The submerged pump impeller is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10-20 parts of polyvinyl formal fiber, 10-15 parts of polyethylene glycol terephthalate fiber, 5-10 parts of polyamide fiber, 5-10 parts of aromatic polyamide fiber, 7-15 parts of cellulose acetate, 3-5 parts of terylen fiber, 1-3 parts of glass fiber, 10-15 parts of epoxy resin, 10-20 parts of furan resin, 5-10 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 4-5 parts of ethylenediamine, 4-7 parts of liquid paraffin and 10-15 parts of ethanol. The submerged pump impeller is prepared by mixing the cellulose acetate, terylen fiber, furan resin fiber and the like, and thus, has the advantages of favorable strength property, favorable elasticity, light impeller weight, high strength and favorable stability. The added glass fiber can enhance the hydrophobicity of the impeller surface, so that water can not be easily attached to the impeller surface, thereby lowering the energy consumption and prolonging the service life.
