Low-shrinkage regenerated aggregate concrete product and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a low-shrinkage regenerated aggregate concrete product and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) CO2 reinforcement treatment: putting regenerated concrete aggregate in a closed vessel with the relative humidity of 40-80% and the CO2 volume concentration of 10-95% to perform CO2 reinforcement treatment; (2) preparation of regenerated aggregate concrete product: mixing the regenerated concrete aggregate subjected to reinforcement treatment with cement, water and a water reducing agent, and forming to obtain the regenerated aggregate concrete product; and (3) CO2 curing: precuring the regenerated aggregate concrete product, and carrying out CO2 curing in a closed vessel to obtain the low-shrinkage regenerated aggregate concrete product. Compared with the regenerated aggregate concrete brick concrete brick without CO2 curing, the 28d strength of the low-shrinkage regenerated aggregate concrete product can be enhanced by 50% or so, the 28d dry shrinkage can be reduced by about 15%, and the 28d water absorptivity can be reduced by 10-15%.
