The invention discloses a method for preparing aerated bricks and an aerated brick preparing by using the same. The method for preparing aerated bricks comprises the following steps: carrying out ball-milling treatment on micro silicon powder, river sand, gypsum and water, so that mortar is obtained; adding quick lime, cement and aluminum powder into the mortar, so that slurry is obtained; carrying out pouring and steam pre-oxidized molding on the slurry, so that molded bricks are obtained; cutting the molded bricks, so that brick fragments are obtained; and carrying out steam curing on the brick fragments, so that aerated bricks are obtained. The method is simple in process and implemented by taking waste micro silicon powder as a raw material, so that the problems of resource waste and environmental pollution caused by the accumulation of micro silicon powder in industrial silicon production enterprises can be solved, the production cost can be lowered, and the productivity of enterprises can be improved.
