The invention discloses a sand disposal device for a highway-railway track sand remover which is used together with driving equipment and a sand collecting device, wherein the driving equipment is used for driving the sand collecting device and a sand disposal device to walk and providing power for both the sand collecting device and the sand disposal device, and the tilt angles of both the sand collecting device and the sand disposal device can be adjusted through a hydraulic system. A sand disposal channel in the sand disposal device directly cooperates with the sand collecting device arranged in front, sand output from the sand collecting device directly enters the sand disposal channel, sand in the sand disposal channel is pushed to one end by a stirring cage at first, the pushed sand falls into a spherical fan-shaped guide plate, a driving motor above the spherical fan-shaped guide plate drives a blade shaft to rotate, and blades rotate along with the blade shaft, so that sand in the spherical fan-shaped guide plate is uniformly discharged to the outer side of a track. Compared with conventional minitype sand disposal equipment, the sand disposal device provided by the invention is higher in sand disposal efficiency and the degree of automation, can adapt to various sand collecting devices and is strong in universality.
