A sediment lifter with a sediment removal efficiency increasing bucket according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of buckets (110); a link chain (120) to which the bucket (110) is attached; a pair of driving sprockets (130) which are coupled to the link chain (120) to rotate; a rotary shaft (140) which connects the driving sprockets (130) to each other; and a motor (150) which rotates the rotary shaft (140); a fixing plate (160) which is formed at the upper portion thereof in the rotation direction of the bucket (110), and includes a first arc long hole (161) and a second arc long hole (162) at the lower portion of the first arc long hole (161); a first pin extension portion (170) which extends from one connecting pin (123) of the link chain (120) and is inserted into the first arc long hole (161); a second pin extension portion (180) which extends from another connecting pin (123) adjacent to the lower portion of the first pin extension portion (170), and is coupled to the second arc long hole (162) of the fixing plate (160); a third pin extension portion (190) which extends from the other connecting pin (123) adjacent to the lower portion of the second extension portion (180), and is hinge-fixed to the fixing plate (160).
본 발명의 침사 제거 효율 증대 버킷을 구비한 침사인양기는, 다수의 버킷(110); 버킷(110)이 취부되는 링크체인(120); 링크체인(120)과 결합회전되어 버킷(110)을 회전시킴으로써 버킷(110)에 수용된 퇴적물을 취합되도록 하는 슈트(102)에 낙하되도록 하는 한쌍의 구동스프라켓(130); 구동스프라켓(130)을 서로 연결시키는 회전축(140); 및 상기 회전축(140)을 회전시키는 구동모터(150);로 이루어져 침사지 바닥에 적층된 퇴적물을 인양하는 침사 제거 효율 증대 버킷을 구비한 침사인양기에 있어서, 상부부위에 버킷(110)의 회전방향으로 형성되고 버킷(110)의 회전반경과 동일하게 형성되는 제 1 원호형 장공(161)이 형성되고, 제 1 원호형 장공(161) 하부에 제 2 원호형 장공(162)이 형성된 고정판(160); 링크체인(120)의 하나의 커넥팅 핀(123)으로부터 연장되고 제 1 원호형 장공(161)에 삽입되며, 버킷(110)이 수평상태를 유지하며 상기 링크체인(120)이 구동스프라켓(130)의 상단부를 지날 때 제 1 원호형 장공(161)의 단부에 걸려 상기 버킷(110)을 회전시킴으로써 버킷(110)에 수용된 퇴적물을 쏟도록 하는 제 1 핀연장부(170); 제 1 핀연장부(170)의 하부에 인접하는 다른 커넥팅 핀(123)으로부터 연장되고 고정판(160)의 제 2 원호형 장공(162)에 결합되는 제 2 핀연장부(180); 제 2 핀 연장부(180)의 하부에 인접하는 또다른 커넥팅 핀(123)으로부터 연장되고 고정판(160)에 힌지고정되는 제 3 핀연장부(190);를 포함하여 이루어진다.
