Heating floor and manufacturing method thereof
The invention provides a heating floor, belonging to indoor heating facilities. The heating floor comprises a baseplate and a faceplate, wherein the baseplate is connected to the faceplate by clamping slots and clamping hooks, a heating material is arranged between the baseplate and the faceplate, and the baseplate is provided with grooves in which the heating material is arranged and the clamping slots matched with the faceplate for installation; and the faceplate is provided with the plurality of clamping hooks which are matched with the baseplate for installation, the orientation of the opening of the nth clamping hook is identical to the orientation of the opening of the nth+2 clamping hook and is opposite to the orientation of the opening of the nth+1 clamping hook, and the n is a positive integer. The heating floor is good in heat preservation effect, low in manufacturing cost, thin in dept, energy-saving, environmental friendly, convenient to install, easy to tend, long in service life, waterproof, fireproof and flame-retardant. The thickness of the heating floor is 12mm.
