The invention relates to a construction method of a high altitude long span cast-in-place multi-arch aqueduct supporting die system, which mainly comprises following steps: 1) constructing a foundation and a pier platform; 2) constructing a platform; 3) setting up a steel support; 4) setting up a military beam; 5) setting up a bowl buckle type scaffold; 6) adjusting the level position of the supporting die system; 7) adjusting elevation of the supporting die system; and 8) constructing aqueduct concrete. According to the invention, the construction method has the characteristics of less steel material usage, continuous operation of the aqueduct construction, the lack of demolition and restoration of the original supporting die system between the aqueduct constructions in each section and high intensity of each joint connection; and the construction method has the advantages of fast construction speed, good construction effect and obvious technology and economy benefits.
