The method for embedding the horizontal drainage channel in the soft soil foundation and the device thereof have the advantages that the structure is simple, using is convenient, construction cost of the soft soil foundation is effectively reduced, and construction efficiency is improved; meanwhile, reinforcement pre-treatment, conducted before construction, of the soft soil foundation is omitted, and it is guaranteed that the laid soft soil foundation does not sink.
