The invention relates to an underwater pile-cap foundation pit guide frame and a cofferdam support construction method thereof. The underwater pile-cap foundation pit guide frame comprises an external guide frame and an internal guide frame, wherein the external guide frame is composed of internal and external I-shaped steel brackets; the internal guide frame comprises I-shaped steel walings, guide piles and supporting steel pipes, wherein the I-shaped steel walings are distributed on the outer edge of a pile cap; after the guide piles are piled, pile guide corbels are mounted on one sides of the guide piles and are fixedly welded on the side walls of the guide piles; when the pile guide corbels are mounted, a level gauge is used for controlling the top elevation of each pile guide corbel, so as to ensure that the pile guide corbels are located on the same horizontal plane and are limited by using a stopper; the guide frames ensure that the construction if pile-cap foundation pits can be carried out smoothly, so that the construction quality of the pile-cap foundation pits is improved greatly; meanwhile, the cofferdam support construction method can effectively improve the construction efficiency of a steel sheet pile cofferdam, reduce the labor cost, and contribute to the promotion and application in enterprises.
