Chained concrete sprayer with stripping device
The invention provides a chained concrete sprayer with a stripping device. The chained concrete sprayer structurally comprises a hopper, a jetting cylinder and the stripping device. The bottom of the hopper is connected with the upper portion of the jetting cylinder. The stripping device is arranged on the lower right side of the hopper, and an internal component of the stripping device is connected with a feed inlet of the jetting cylinder. The hopper structurally comprises an inlet hopper and a feed hopper. The inlet hopper is positioned on the upper portion of the feed hopper and is connected with the feed hopper through a flange. The stripping device comprises a stripping plate, a rotating shaft, bearing blocks, a swinging connection rod, a tension spring and a tension spring shield. The rotating shaft penetrates the lower right side of the inlet hopper. Two ends of the rotating shaft are connected with the bearing blocks arranged on the flange. The stripping plate is arranged in the middle of the rotating shaft. The lower end of the stripping plate is positioned above the feed inlet of the jetting cylinder. Compared with the prior art, the chained concrete sprayer with the stripping device has the advantages of advanced design, simple structure, good effect and high promotion and application value.
