The invention discloses an anti-freezing well ring. The anti-freezing well ring is characterized by comprising a well ring mounted on an inspection well and a well lid mounted on the well ring; a plurality of lugs are arranged at the contact joint of the well lid and the annular base plate of the well ring; the well lid is reversely connected to the edge of the well ring by use of a cambered support; the well lid is divided into two layers, namely an outer layer and a plastic sealing layer; the outer layer is of a circular ring structure with a cover, and an annular ring for laying a temperature self-limiting electric heat tracing tape is formed in the inner circumferential surface of the circular ring. The anti-freezing well ring is used for effectively solving the problem of well ring freezing in winter.
