Anti-freezing well cementing ring manufacturing method
The invention discloses an anti-freezing well cementing ring manufacturing method. The method comprises the steps of constructing a reinforcement cage according to the Z-shaped structure of an outer walling crib and arranging the cage in an outer walling crib die; mixing 50-80 parts of cement, 3-5 parts of lime, 8-20 parts of wollastonite, 1 part of glue and 25-50 parts of gravel, conducting stirring to form a concrete mixture, adding the concrete mixture into the outer walling crib die, and conducting outer walling crib molding treatment; forming an inner walling crib and a well lid by turning a gray cast iron workblank, and milling an annular groove in the inner circle of the well lid with a milling cutter. By the adoption of the method, the problem of walling crib freezing in winter is effectively solved.
