The invention discloses an anti-freezing well ring. The anti-freezing well ring comprises an outer well ring mounted on an inspection well, an inner well ring mounted on the inspection well and provided with a well lid, and a compression ring arranged between the inner and outer well ring; the outer well ring is of a Z-shaped structure; the inner well ring is mounted in the outer well ring; a limiting lug is arranged on one side of the outer well ring; the limiting lug is an inclined surface and inclined towards the well hole; an annular groove is formed in the bottom end of inner circumference of the inner well ring; a scraping blade is arranged in the annular groove; the outer periphery of the inner well ring is wound with a temperature self-limiting electric heat tracing tape. The anti-freezing well ring is used for effectively solving the problem of well ring freezing in winter.
