Underground diaphragm wall internal corner position piping plug structure and grouting processing method thereof
The invention relates to an underground diaphragm wall internal corner position piping plug structure and a grouting processing method thereof. According to the plug structure, a guide pipe is inserted into a water leakage point at the internal corner position, bagged cement is used for building a first cofferdam, a second cofferdam is build on the periphery of the first cofferdam, broken stones are filled into a bear position between the first cofferdam and an underground diaphragm wall, a cover plate is arranged above the broken stones and is coated and pressed by bagged cement, and a sealing material is cast in a bear position between the second cofferdam and an underground diaphragm wall. The grouting processing method comprises the steps of chiseling and clearing the water leakage point, inserting the guide pipe, building the cofferdams, filling the broken stones, filling the sealing material, closing a valve and grouting the internal corner position of the underground diaphragm wall. By the adoption of the plug structure and the grouting processing method, plug treatment can be timely performed when piping occurs at the internal corner position of the underground diaphragm wall while foundation pit construction is smoothly performed, the personal and property safety of constructors are ensured, and necessary technical guarantee is provided for smooth construction.
