The invention provides a non-yielding three-dimensional parking device allowing lateral rotation. The non-yielding three-dimensional parking device comprises a mobile chassis, a vertical pipe, a hanging frame, a vehicle bedplate, a lifting driving mechanism and a rotation driving mechanism; the hanging frame moves vertically to be arranged outside the vertical pipe; the vehicle bedplate is connected with the hanging frame; the lifting driving mechanism is arranged on the vertical pipe and is in transmission connection with the hanging frame; the rotation driving mechanism is arranged in the mobile chassis or the vertical pipe; the vertical pipe is controlled by the rotation driving mechanism to move laterally relative to the mobile chassis; two groups of space yielding positions are formed at the front end of the mobile chassis corresponding to the hanging frame; the lateral rotation angle of the vertical pipe relative to the mobile chassis is 90 to 150 degrees. According to the non-yielding three-dimensional parking device allowing the lateral rotation, the front end of the mobile chassis is provided with the two groups of space yielding positions which are arranged in an inclined mode in comparison with the center line of the mobile chassis and can be suitable for inclination of opposite driveways and accordingly the vehicle bedplate can descend to the ground when the hanging frame is driven by the vertical pipe to rotate to any group of the space yielding positions for in-and-out operation of vehicles.
