A rotation type three-dimensional parking device comprises an annular frame (1), an annular electric rotation rail (2) is arranged inside the annular frame (1), parking spaces (3) are arranged on the rail uniformly, each parking space can be driven to rotate through the rotation of the rail, and therefore three-dimensional parking is achieved; a base (4) is arranged at the bottom of the annular frame (1) for supporting the whole parking device; a card reader (5) is arranged on the base (4), and after parking, a user can swipe a card for conforming information; a confirming button (6) is arranged inside the card reader (5), and when parking is completed, the confirming button is pressed for confirmation; a solar power source is adopted as a power source of the device. By means of the parking device, the intelligent three-dimensional annular parking can be achieved, the space of a parking lot can be saved, and convenience is provided for the intelligent use of the parking spaces.
