The invention relates to the technical field of bottom paving products, and specifically relates to a novel heating ceramic tile. The novel heating ceramic tile comprises a ceramic tile, a carbon fiber heating body and a PU heat-resistant foam material, wherein the PU heat-resistant foam material is arranged at the lower end of the ceramic tile; the carbon fiber heating body, which is a product prepared by carbonizing organic fibers and processing graphite, is arranged in the PU heat-resistant foam material. According to the novel heating ceramic tile, heat energy produced by carbon fibers is transferred through a medium; in addition, the heat energy is also produced by infrared wave radiation; therefore, the heating and converting rate is high; the heat conversion rate is increased and up to 98%; the material has the characteristic of being resistant to corrosion and difficult to oxidize.
