Graphene heating ceramic tile
The invention relates to the technical field of building ceramics, and discloses a graphene heating ceramic tile, which comprises a ceramic tile base body and a polyurethane insulation board. A graphene heating chip is clamped between the ceramic tile base body and the polyurethane insulation board; and the graphene heating chip and the polyurethane insulation board are integrally formed in a foaming mode. The graphene heating chip comprises a graphene heating film and connecting terminals. The graphene heating film comprises a PET base film and a plurality of graphene heating coatings which coat the PET base film and are in a rectangular surface shape. The graphene heating coatings are thermally coated with polymer insulating films; silver electrode strips are arranged at the bottoms of the two ends of each graphene heating coating, and graphene strips are arranged between the silver electrode strips and the PET base film; the adjacent graphene heating coatings are connected in parallel through electrode connecting sections; electrode current-carrying strips are arranged on the upper surfaces of the graphene heating coatings and the electrode connecting sections; and the connecting terminals pass through the electrode current-carrying strips and are fixed to the graphene heating coatings. The graphene heating ceramic tile is good in heat preservation performance, high in heatefficiency, stable in structure and easy to construct and maintain.
