The invention discloses a preparation method of a polymer cement mortar made of a TiO2-flyash composite photocatalytic material, which relates to the field of chemical production methods. The preparation method disclosed by the invention comprises the following technological steps: preparing TiO2 by using a sol-gel method, and loading the TiO2 on cleaned fly-ash micro-beads; carrying out heat treatment on the obtained object at a temperature of 550 DEG C, so that TiO2/fly-ash composite micro-beads are obtained; and mixing cement, water, sand, a water reducing agent and the TiO2/fly-ash composite micro-beads in certain proportion, so that the polymer cement mortar is obtained. The method disclosed by the invention is simple in production process; the TiO2/fly-ash composite micro-beads as a mixed material of cement are doped into the cement, so that the environmental pollution problem caused by fly-ash is solved, the energy consumption of the cement can be reduced, and various properties of a cement based composite material can be changed, therefore, a traditional cement based material has certain electrical conductivity and electromagnetic properties and better wave absorbing properties and mechanical properties; and after the polymer cement mortar is applied to a pavement material, the purpose of secondary purification of vehicle emission exhausts can be achieved.
