Tile production technology
The invention discloses a tile production technology. The tile production technology comprises the follow steps of a, material selection, b, homogenization and blending, c, ball milling pulping, d, sieving for iron removal, e, aging, f, spray drying, g, aging, h, pressing molding, i, drying, j, glazing and ink-jetting/printing, k, sintering, l, polishing, m, sorting and n, packaging and warehousing. According to the tile production technology, waste heat produced by the sintering process is used as a heat source for spray drying and drying, and industrial waste residue and fly ash produced by the tile production technology are used as raw materials and are processed by multiple modified devices so that a tile is produced. The tile production technology realizes recovery of waste heat produced by a cooling chamber so that a production cost is effectively reduced. The modified devices are flexible, are convenient for operation, consume low energy and have a wide application range. Renewable resources are used so that industrial waste is maximally transformed into available goods so that resources are effectively used and a product cost is reduced.
