The invention discloses an alumina fiber-reinforced zirconium silicate ceramic matrix composite material and a preparation method thereof. The material is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 60 to 80 parts of zirconium silicate, 2 to 3 parts of aluminium dihydrogen phosphate, 10 to 15 parts of modified alumina fiber, 6 to 8 parts of beryllium trioxide, 5 to 6 parts of boron powder, 0.02 to 0.03 part of dibenzoyl peroxide, 3 to 5 parts of hydroxypropyl methacrylate, 0.2 to 0.4 part of bis 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide, 1 to 2 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 20 to 30 parts of ethanol and 40 to 60 parts of deionized water. According to the invention, the added antioxidation-treated alumina fiber is used as a reinforcement phase of ceramic, so the characteristics of toughness, mechanical property, wear resistance, hardness and high temperature resistance of the ceramic are enhanced; the added beryllium trioxide forms a compact oxidation film on the surface of a ceramic body, and the compact oxidation film does not react with water, so drying of the ceramic body is ensured; and the added boron powder has the effects of reducing viscosity and surface tension of the ceramic body, improving mechanical strength, durability and wear resistance, enhancing sintering property of the ceramic, etc.
