Concrete pile steel pipe column continuous construction method
The invention brings forward a concrete pile steel pipe column continuous construction method. The method comprises the following steps: step one, performing ground processing and manufacturing a pile hole; 2, prefabricating a steel reinforcement cage, a steel pipe and steel supports, wherein the upper end of the steel pipe is symmetrically provided with four support steel bars and four ear plates; step three, symmetrically installing the four steel supports at the edge of the pile hole, wherein the steel supports are provided with jacks; step four, fixing identification steel bars on the ear plats of the steel pipe and marking an ink line snapping mark as a measuring line; step five, placing the steel reinforcement cage into the pile hole for temporary fixation; step six, vertically suspending the steel pipe in the pile hole and sleeving the steel reinforcement cage on the steel pipe end by 1 to 1.5m, and welding the steel reinforcement cage with steel nails on the steel pipe by use of steel blocks or steel bars; step seven, contentiously vertically placing the steel pipe from the pile hole until the support steel bars are contacted with the steel supports; step eight, measuring the verticality of the measuring line (the steel pipe) and adjusting the steel pipe through the jacks and the support steel bars; and step nine, successively continuously carrying out concrete pouring on a concrete pile and a steel pipe column,.... The concrete pile steel pipe column continuous construction method has the advantage of convenient and rapid construction and can improve the connecting strength between the steel pipe column and the concrete pile.
