The invention provides a full-automatic hydraulic pile cutting machine, relates to the technical field of pile foundation construction and increases the working efficiency. The pile cutting machine comprises a main drum, an oil outlet pipe, an oil inlet pipe and a plurality of swing arms. At least three sling chains are fixed to the top end of the main drum and are distributed symmetrically around the central axis of the main drum. The swing arms are pivoted to the main drum and are distributed symmetrically around the central axis of the main drum. The pivoting axis of each swing arm is perpendicular to the central axis of the main drum. A shovel head is fixed to the bottom end of each swing arm and the top end of each swing arm is provided with a driving cylinder used for driving the swing arm to pivot. The driving cylinders are distributed symmetrically around the central axis of the main drum. The cylinder bodies of the driving cylinders are pivoted to the swing arms. Power arms of the driving cylinders are pivoted to the main drum. Rod cavities of the driving cylinders are connected to the oil outlet pipe and rodless cavities of the driving cylinders are connected to the oil inlet pipe. The pile cutting machine is suitable for pile head breaking operation in pile foundation construction.
