The walking mechanism can achieve the walking function of the hydraulic pile cutting machine, and the pile cutting device is used for cutting off a pile head and transporting the pile head to a designated place. According to the spring power assisting device of the hoisting movable arm mechanism, conversion between gravitational potential energy and elastic potential energy can be achieved, and therefore energy consumption is reduced. In addition, the pushing force and the pulling force of the double-acting hydraulic oil cylinder are fully utilized, so that the pulling force and the pushing force of the double-acting hydraulic oil cylinder are balanced, the small-size double-acting hydraulic oil cylinder meeting the requirement can be selected, and the equipment cost is reduced.
