The invention relates to a novel interlocking and unlocking apparatus of a high-voltage cabinet door. The apparatus comprises a pushing mechanism and an execution mechanism. The pushing mechanism and the execution mechanism are disposed between a high-voltage cabinet upper instrument door and a high-voltage cabinet lower door and are connected with the high-voltage cabinet upper instrument door and the high-voltage cabinet lower door. The pushing mechanism comprises a guide sleeve, the end, which is disposed close to the high-voltage cabinet upper instrument door, of the guide sleeve is provided with a crash helmet, the other end of the guide sleeve is provided with a first support, the guide sleeve is internally provided with a pushing guide rod, and a compression spring is wound on the pushing guide rod. The execution mechanism comprises a second support and a third support, the second support and the third support are connected by use of a mobile elevating pull bar, and at the same time, the second support is provided with a V-shaped lifting mechanism. The apparatus is simple in structure and convenient to use, solves the problems of interlocking and unlocking of the cabinet door of a high-voltage bus lifting cabinet, improves the power-on operation safety and reliability of the high-voltage bus lifting cabinet, prevents working personnel from an electric shock risk due to wrong entry into the high-voltage cabinet and guarantees personal safety of the working personnel.
