The invention discloses an electrical cabinet door interlocking device which comprises an operating mechanism, an interlocking module and a partition plate. A grounding transmission shaft is arrangedon the operating mechanism, the interlocking module comprises a grounding shaft limiting part, a rotating limiting part, a lifting limiting part, a shifting part and an interlocking part, and a locking hole and an interlocking hole are formed in the partition plate. Through the arrangement of the operating mechanism and the interlocking module, transmission operation and locking operation are carried out at the upper end and the lower end of the lifting limiting part of the interlocking module correspondingly, action mechanisms of an operation end and a locking end are arranged at the two ends, the action mechanisms are connected through only one rod piece, and the problems of large occupied space and interference caused by actions of a plurality of linkage mechanisms in a middle section are solved; and the operating mechanism and a locking mechanism located at the two ends can complete control and locking operation only through lifting, the complexity of a transmission mechanism is simplified, the occupied space of a middle section area is reduced when a lengthened extending mechanism is used, and the reliability of the transmission structure is improved.
