Manufacturing technology of embossed flagstone calligraphies and paintings
The invention discloses a manufacturing technology of embossed flagstone calligraphies and paintings. The manufacturing technology comprises the following manufacturing procedures: selecting materials to make an image; printing out a rigid substrate of the preset image by utilizing a 3D printer; making a mold by utilizing the rigid substrate and a hot melting substrate; scattering chemical composites on the surface of the mold; performing compression; after performing solidification, performing demolding; finally, performing UV printing and coloring by utilizing a slab UV printer so as to obtain 3D embossed flagstone calligraphies and paintings. According to the manufacturing technology disclosed by the invention, the substrate is printed out by utilizing the technology of a conventional 3D printer; the composites mixed with wood chips, rock flour resins and the like are compressed on the mold; image processing is then performed by the UV printer, so that exquisite 3D embossed flagstone calligraphies and paintings are formed. The manufacturing technology disclosed by the invention has the advantages of being light in weight, being convenient and simple to manufacture, being small in difficulty, and being short in manufacturing period, and the technology can be used in a standard industrialized production chain.
