The invention discloses a method for preparing an unburned extrusion hollow brick by using waste concrete, belongs to the building material technical field, and is characterized in that the hollow brick is prepared from the following components by the weight percentage: 15-20% of cement, 50-60% of a waste concrete aggregate, 10-15% of rubber particles, 5-10% of a mineral powder, 3-5% of a talcum powder, 5-8% of dimethyl amide, and 1-2% of sodium fluosilicate, wherein the cement consistency is 50-70 mm, and specifically the cement is obtained by mixing cement, river sand and slaked lime with the ratio of 1:5:0.21. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that with the waste concrete as the main raw material, and through filling modification and auxiliary agent optimization, the product is allowed to have good apparent density, compressive strength and thermal insulation performance, reduces resource waste and environmental pollution, and has good social and economic benefits.
