Aluminum-silicon carbide brick and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a regenerated aluminum-silicon carbide brick. The aluminum-silicon carbide brick is prepared from, by weight, 30 parts to 70 parts of waste aluminum-silicon carbide bricks, 15 parts to 55 parts of bauxite, 3 parts to 7 parts of graphite and 3 parts to 7 parts of binding agent. The waste aluminum-silicon carbide bricks serve as main raw materials of the regenerated aluminum-silicon carbide brick, the bauxite, the graphite and the binding agent are then added, and by regulating the content of the components, and the regenerated aluminum-silicon carbide brick is low in apparent porosity and high in compression strength. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the regenerated aluminum-silicon carbide brick. The experiment result shows that the apparent porosity of the regenerated aluminum-silicon carbide brick is lower than 9.0%, the compression strength is larger than or equal to 45 MPa, and the after-burning linear change is smaller than 1.5%.
