The invention discloses an aluminum silicon carbide carbon brick for deep desulfurization of a ladle and a preparation method of the aluminum silicon carbide carbon brick. The aluminum silicon carbide carbon brick is prepared from an aluminum carbon silicon raw material, crystalline flake graphite, a composite antioxidant and a binding agent, or the material is composed of the aluminum-carbon-silicon raw material, the crystalline flake graphite, the composite antioxidant, the binding agent and the rare earth oxide; the aluminum-carbon-silicon raw material is a single regenerated corundum-silicon carbide composite material; or the aluminum-carbon-silicon raw material is a mixture of a regenerated corundum-silicon carbide composite material and a scouring-resistant raw material; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing dry materials with the particle size of more than 100 meshes to obtain a mixed dry material A; mixing the dry materials except the crystalline flake graphite with the particle size of less than or equal to 100 meshes to obtain a mixed dry material B; sequentially adding a binding agent, crystalline flake graphite and the mixed dry material B into the mixed dry material A, and mixing to obtain a mixed material; performing compression molding on the mixed material to obtain a green body; and drying and baking the green body. The invention can solve the technical problems of high raw material price, poor thermal shock resistance and the like of the deeply desulfurized aluminum silicon carbide carbon brick.
本发明公开一种铁水包深脱硫用铝碳化硅碳砖及其制备方法,该铝碳化硅碳砖由铝碳硅原料、鳞片石墨、复合抗氧化剂和结合剂组成;或者由铝碳硅原料、鳞片石墨、复合抗氧化剂、结合剂和稀土氧化物组成;铝碳硅原料为单一再生刚玉碳化硅复合材料;或者铝碳硅原料为再生刚玉碳化硅复合材料和耐冲刷原料的混合物;其制备方法为:将粒径大于100目的干料混合得到混合干料A;将除鳞片石墨外的粒径小于或等于100目的干料混合得到混合干料B;向混合干料A中依次加入结合剂、鳞片石墨和混合干料B混合得到混合物料;将混合物料压制成型得到坯体;将坯体干燥烘烤即可。本发明可以解决深脱硫铝碳化硅碳砖的原料价格昂贵、热震稳定性较差等技术问题。
