New material unfired ceramic
The invention provides a new material unfired ceramic which can be cured at normal temperature and is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The new material unfired ceramic comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 28-47% of magnesium oxide, 23-35% of sodium chloride, 11-21% of fly ash, 13-15% of quartz powder, 1-2% of glass fiber, 0.5-2% of auxiliary and 3-5% of sawdust. According to the new material unfired ceramic provided by the invention, an inorganic magnesite material is used for preparing a high-strength light product which is formed without firing; and the unfired ceramic has the advantages of normal-temperature curing, energy conservation and environmental protection, simple preparation technology, high product strength, light weight, rare breakage and the like.
