The invention relates to a novel wood-plastic composite floorboard which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of wood meal, 2-4 parts of heat stabilizer, 3-6 parts of antimicrobial agent, 10-15 parts of diatomite, 8-12 parts of ethoxylated fatty group alkylamine, 25-36 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 7-14 parts of zinc barium composite stabilizer, 2-4 parts of pentaerythritol, 1.2-2.4 parts of AC (azodicarbonamide) foaming agent, 1-2 parts of catalyst, 4-7 parts of plasticizer, 25-36 parts of polyether glycol, 0.5-1 part of azobisformamide, 4-10 parts of activated calcium carbonate and 12-24 parts of talcum powder. The novel wood-plastic composite floorboard has the advantages of favorable skid resistance, favorable moth resistance, favorable water resistance, favorable processability, no cracking or expansion and low cost.
