Low-density high-strength cement paste
The invention relates to the technical field of petroleum drilling engineering, in particular to low-density high-strength cement paste. The cement paste comprises the following components in parts by mass: 80-100 parts of cement, 35-45 parts of lightening admixture liquid silica, 24-40 parts of hollow glass bead, 10-18 parts of cellulose ether, 2-8 parts of Grace polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 4-8 parts of basic aluminum chloride, 3-6 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate and 1.2-2.4 parts of defoaming agent, wherein the cement paste per liter comprises 0.12-0.24g fiber; and the density of the cement paste is 1.25-1.31g/cm<3>. According to the cement paste, liquid silica and the hollow glass bead serve as lightening admixtures and are compatible with other raw materials for use, so that a high-temperature-resistant ultra-low-density cement paste system is formed; the elapse time of converting the cement paste into set cement is short; the zero-gravity time of the cement paste is shortened; and the cement paste has a good gas channeling prevention effect.
