The cement paste system mainly comprises water and the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of oil well cement, 8-20 parts of a lightening agent, 2-6 parts of solid latex, 3-4 parts of a fluid loss agent, 8-20 parts of a reinforcing agent, 0.1-0.3 part of a drag reducer, 2-4 parts of an expanding agent and 0.1-0.2 part of a defoaming agent. The cement paste system has good toughness, and can effectively reduce the annulus liquid column pressure during well cementation; meanwhile, high strength and high toughness of set cement are guaranteed, and the phenomena that a stratum is pressed and leaked in the cementing process and a thin cement sheath is broken during perforation, and oil-water layer outside-pipe channeling is caused are avoided; meanwhile, the cement paste system also has the characteristics of micro expansion, low filter loss, good stability, good rheological property and the like, and solves the well cementation quality problem of low-pressure easy-leakage wells and casing windowing sidetracking well cementing.
