The invention relates to a high-strength anti-settling cement paste, which is composed of the following raw materials: 200-300 parts of cement, 150-200 parts of fine sand, 100-150 parts of fly ash, 10-30 parts of an anti-settling agent, 5-15 parts of a retarder, 5-10 parts of a fluid loss agent, 2-5 parts of glass fibers, 2-5 parts of a water reducing agent, 1-3 parts of a stabilizer, and 150-200parts of water. The anti-settling cement paste effectively prevents fine sand particles from aggregating with cement particles too early, the surface activity of the components is reduced, the relative distance between the components is adjusted to enable the components to be uniformly distributed in water, the components are not prone to layering in the curing process, fine sand is promoted to beuniformly dispersed in cement paste, fine sand particles and cement are dispersed and supported, the fine sand particles can be in a suspended state at the high temperature; and the technical effectof regulating the sedimentation stability of the cement paste at high temperature is achieved.
