The multifunctional asphalt pavement maintenance vehicle comprises a vehicle chassis and further comprises an auxiliary power system (2), a direct combustion type fuel oil hot blast heater (3), a rotary stock bin (4), a feeding device (5), an asphalt pavement hot air type heating wall (6), an emulsified asphalt spraying system (7), a dust and smoke removing device (8), a hot asphalt spraying device, an auxiliary tool and a control system (9). All the devices are mounted on the vehicle so that the maintenance vehicle is multifunctional; ground surface heating type or patching type pit slot repairing can be realized; crack pouring repairing of a newly-built pavement, and spraying of emulsified asphalt or hot asphalt on a lower sealing layer, a sticking layer and an upper sealing layer of the partial newly-built pavement can also be considered; and a special maintenance tool is driven by hydraulic and power output so that the construction efficiency is effectively improved.
