Rake for garbage separator
The invention discloses a rake for a garbage separator. By means of the rake, a chain is prevented from being disengaged by reinforcing the bending intensity of the rake and maintaining a gap between a front side screen mesh and a main screen mesh to be as small as possible, so that impurities can be prevented from being bonded between the front side screen mesh and the main screen mesh. The rake for the garbage separator comprises a channel component and a rake body. The channel component is provided with a rectangular cross section with the height larger than the width and provided with a channel-shaped cross section arranged beside the channel component. The rake body comprises a plurality of rod components stretching out in a fork shape, guide protruding portions and a plurality of reinforcing ribs. The rod components stretch out in a fork shape so as to hook and separate impurities and are formed by stamping a main body part at regular intervals. The guide protruding portions move and guide in the state that the guide protruding portions stretch out in a fork shape by stamping the main body part of a plate-shaped component at regular intervals at the portion opposite to the rod components, that is, the guide protruding portions are bonded to spaces between subareas of the screen meshes, and the rake body is firmly matched to the top of the channel component. The reinforcing ribs are arranged on the bottom surfaces of the rod components and supported by supporting force through the channel component.
