The invention relates to an ultra-thin stone glass fiber composite decoration plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The ultra-thin stone glass fiber composite decoration plate comprises a stone face layer and a middle glass fiber cloth layer which are bonded through epoxy adhesive. The adhesive includes a component A comprising, by weight, 20-30 parts of bisphenol A epoxy resin E-51, 10-15 parts of mixture of 2:1 of HELOXY84 and HELOXY505, 10-15 parts of 40 baume degree sodium silicate and 25-30 parts of quartz fine powder and a component B comprising, by weight, 15-20 parts of 793 curing agent, 10-15 parts of tri ethylene glycol and 2-4 parts of organosiloxane KH-550. The component A and the component B are mixed and used according to the mass ratio of 6-9:1-2 during using. According to the ultra-thin stone glass fiber composite decoration plate, the stone face layer and the middle glass fiber layer are bonded through the adhesive, the large composite decoration plate is manufactured, the bonding strength between stone and glass fiber is obviously improved, the anti-impact strength is good, and constructability is high.
