The invention provides a drought-resisting water carrying method, which relates to pipeline, canal and river water delivery and also relates to a charging structure of a ship, a structure of the ship, ship supplies, a fireproof and fuel tank structure of the ship, a seat structure and a cargo tank structure. The drought-resisting water carrying method is characterized in that a cold-proof structure is made on the canal so that the canal can lead to the far north; a power grid is made on the canal so that passing ships can be charged; charging nets can be also made on the seaside and off-shore to charge the ships; the ships are made into fish-like ship bodies and propellers of the ships are lengthened by a plurality of times; through these facilities and structures, the energy can be saved and the transporting cost of the ships can be also reduced; these facilities and structures are beneficial for carrying water on the ships to resist drought; the ship bodies are also provided with heat insulation properties; the fuel tank can be provided with fireproof and anti-collision performances; the cargo tank can be also provided with a fireproof and anti-explosion structure; and the seat is comfortable for people to take.
