The forest and grass resource drought resisting and water retaining device comprises a water storage hopper, a water retaining bin and a fixed base plate, the water retaining bin is fixed to the bottom end of the water storage hopper, and the fixed base plate is fixed to the bottom end of the water retaining bin; the device further comprises water guide grooves evenly formed in the water storage hopper, a water retaining film is connected to the center of the interior of the water storage hopper, a through hole is formed in the water retaining film, a water storage cavity is formed in the water retention bin, and a flow dividing baffle is connected to the interior of the water storage cavity. Rainwater is collected through the water storage hopper, the collected rainwater is guided into the water retention bin along the multiple groups of water guide grooves and flows into the water storage cavity along the multiple groups of water guide holes, so that the collected rainwater can be further guided into the water absorption cotton swabs in the fixed insertion columns, and the rainwater is absorbed by the water absorption cotton swabs; therefore, the collected rainwater can be further guided into the forestry grassland, and the effects of water retention and drought resistance can be achieved.
本发明公开了林草资源抗旱保水装置,包括蓄水斗、保水仓、固定底盘,所述蓄水斗的底端固定有保水仓,且保水仓的底端固定有固定底盘;还包括:所述蓄水斗上均匀设置有导水槽,所述蓄水斗内部的中心位置连接有挡水膜,且挡水膜上设置有通孔,所述保水仓的内部设置有蓄水腔,所述蓄水腔的内部连接有分流挡板。本发明通过蓄水斗进行雨水的收集,收集的雨水顺着多组导水槽导入到保水仓中,并顺着多组导水孔流入到蓄水腔中,即可使收集的雨水进一步导入到固定插柱中的吸水棉棒中,利用吸水棉棒对雨水进行吸收,即可使收集雨水进一步导入到林业草地中,即可起到保水抗旱的效果。
