Sleeper recycling device and sleeper recycling method
The invention discloses a sleeper recycling device and a sleeper recycling method for a railway maintenance car. The device comprises a sleeper shoveling arm mechanism, a sleeper recycling wheel mechanism and a sleeper lifting arm mechanism, wherein the sleeper shoveling arm mechanism comprises a sleeper shoveling arm, a sleeper pushing arm, a sleeper pushing cylinder and a sleeper shoveling cylinder; a shovel head is arranged at the front part of the sleeper shoveling arm; the back part of the sleeper shoveling arm is hinged with the sleeper shoveling cylinder; one end of the sleeper pushing arm is hinged on the sleeper shoveling arm; one end of the sleeper pushing cylinder is hinged with the sleeper pushing arm; the other end of the sleeper pushing cylinder is hinged with the sleeper shoveling arm; the sleeper lifting arm mechanism comprises a sleeper lifting arm, a sleeper lifting arm central shaft, a sleeper lifting cylinder, a sleeper lifting arm cover shell and a telescopic cylinder; and the sleeper recycling wheel mechanism comprises a sleeper recycling wheel arm, a sleeper wheel axle, a sleeper recycling wheel, a shifting finger, a transmission wheel and a sleeper recycling cylinder. The method comprises the following steps: 1) driving the sleeper shoveling arm to move forward to the back side of sleepers to be recycled through a vehicle body of the railway maintenance car; 2) putting down the sleeper shoveling arm, wherein the bottom end of the sleeper shoveling arm is positioned at the bottom of the sleepers to be recycled; and integrally putting down the sleeper recycling wheel mechanism and so on. The sleeper recycling device and the sleeper recycling method for the railway maintenance car, disclosed by the invention, can be used for recycling old railway sleepers instead of manual labor and have the advantages of continuous recycling and high working efficiency.
