Overwater vertical assembly technology of prestressed concrete overwater fixed platform
The invention relates to a prestressed concrete overwater fixed platform, in particular to an overwater vertical assembly method of a prestressed concrete ocean fixed platform. The fixed platform comprises an upper structure platform module and hollow buoyancy cylinder modules. The method comprises the steps that the upper structure platform module and the hollow buoyancy cylinder modules are prefabricated respectively; assembly positioning tools are prearrangedbetween the upper structure platform module and the hollow buoyancy cylinder modules; a, the upper structure platform module and the buoyancy cylinder modules borne by floating tools are transported onto overwater preset positions by a marine transport ship; b, the marine transport ship dives to allow that the floating tools float to the upside of a submarine seat pier, sink and are fixed on the submarine seat pier; c, the upper structure platform module is hoisted onto the buoyancy cylinder modules, and correct positioning between the upper structure platform module and the buoyancy cylinder modules is ensured by the assembly positioning tools vertically; and d, concrete is poured, and an overall reinforced concrete structure of the fixed platform is formed. The invention further relates to a prestressed concrete overwater fixed platform constructed by adopting the method, in particular to a prestressed concrete ocean fixed platform.
