Lock catch type steel tube pile cofferdam and construction method
The invention discloses a lock catch type steel tube pile cofferdam and a construction method. Male lock catches (2) and female lock catches (3) are welded to pile tubes (4), and lock catch type steel tube piles (1) are manufactured. The lock catch type steel tube piles (1) are continuously inserted, and two rows of closed lock catch type steel tube piles (1) are formed through mutual meshing of the m ale lock catches (2) and the female lock catches (3). The middles of the two rows of continuous lock catch type steel tube piles (1) are filled with earth (9) to form the cofferdam. A concrete road surface (8) is constructed after grinding and compacting. The female lock catches and the male lock catches of the steel tube piles closely mesh, the good water stop performance is achieved, and no lock catch water stop treatment is needed after the lock catch type steel tube piles are driven. The cofferdam formed after earth filling is small in section and high in bearing capacity. The advantages of reducing the use amount of earth of the cofferdam, saving the work period, being good in safety, low in cost, convenient to construct and good in sealing performance and achieving lap joint easily are achieved. All the lock catch type steel tube piles can be pulled out, and the steel recycle rate of the cofferdam structure is above 90%.
