The invention discloses an integrated electric heating floor. The integrated electric heating floor comprises a floor surface layer and an electric heating module. The electric heating module sequentially comprises a rubber layer, a heating cable, a reinforcing layer, a heat reflection layer and a heat-preservation and noise-reduction layer. The integrated electric heating floor is characterized in that the lower side face of the floor surface layer is of the structure of a continuous U-shaped groove, the heating cable is installed in the groove in an embedded mode, the rubber layer is arranged between the contact surfaces of the heating cable and the U-shaped groove, the reinforcing layer, the heat reflection layer and the heat-preservation and noise-reduction layer are sequentially located below the floor surface layer, and the heating cable is closely attached to the U-shaped groove. The integrated electric heating floor has the advantages of achieving rapid heating, being heated uniformly, having a high heat energy utilization rate, saving energy, and being environmentally friendly, convenient to install, safe and long in service life and the like.
