The invention discloses a solar heat collection and conduction system and a building using the same. The solar heat collection and conduction system consists of at least one solar heat collection module or at least two solar heat collection modules connected in parallel, and an energy storage medium circulation module connected with the solar heat collection module(s); the solar heat collection module comprises an outer layer casing pipe (1) and an inner layer heat collection pipe (2); the inner layer heat collection pipe (2) is arranged in an inner cavity of the outer layer casing pipe (1); the inner layer heat collection pipe (2) provided with a structure capable of collecting solar energy in the solar heat collection module is an integral structure part; the outer layer casing pipe (1) is in a section structure, and comprises at least two sections; all the sections are connected in series sequentially to be assembled into a whole; and a pipe wall of the outer layer casing pipe (1) is made of glass. The solar heat collection and conduction system is simple in structure, and can be arranged freely according to different heights and widths of the building. The building using the solar heat collection and conduction system is excellent in overall energy-saving effect, attractive in appearance, and good in comprehensive technical effect, and has expectable relatively great economic values and social values.
