The invention discloses a coal gangue sintered brick and a preparation method thereof. The coal gangue sintered brick is composed of, by weight, 20-25 parts of coal gangue, 2-4 parts of nanometer aluminum oxide, 10-15 parts of large-scale sculpture mud, 8-12 parts of sea mud, 5-10 parts of polyvinyl acetate, 4-6 parts of tung oil, 3-6 parts of waste molasses, 1-2 parts of sodium lauroyl sarcosine, 3-5 parts of abienic balsam, 4-8 parts of asbestos wool, 6-8 parts of additives and a proper amount of water. The sintered brick uses the coal gangue as the main raw material, so that clay resources are saved, production cost is lowered, the treatment problem of the coal gangue is solved, and the pollution to the environment by the coal gangue is avoided. In addition, the sintered brick has the advantages of being high in strength, high in loading capacity, small in density and low in heat conductivity coefficient; the requirements of people are met, the application range is wide, and the market prospect is large. Under the synergistic effect of added antimonous oxide and chlorine elements in chloroprene rubber, the fire resistance of methyl vinyl silicone rubber is enhanced. Due to added dicyclohexyl terephthalate, diisooctyl phenyl phosphite and tetrabromobisphenol A, abrasion resistance, processability and flexibility are improved while the high temperature resistance of silicone rubber is improved.
