The invention relates to the technical field of sintered brick production, in particular to a coal gangue sintered brick and a production process thereof. The coal gangue sintered brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight; 70- 90 parts of coal gangue, 10-15 parts of fly ash, 6-10 parts of gypsum, 4-6 parts of coal cinder, 5-8 parts of diatomite, 6-10 parts of hollow glass beads, 3-6 parts of furnace slag, 12-18 parts of sludge, 10-15 parts of sludge, 9-14 parts of construction waste soil, 16-21 parts of shale, 4-8 parts of a functional additive, 2.8-4.2 parts of a mineralizing agent, 2.3-3.5 parts of a fluxing agent, 2.0-2.6 parts of a flocculation agent and 1.8-2.5 parts of a cementing agent. The coal gangue sintered brick prepared by the process not only can reduce the waste of resources, but also realizes the purpose of changing waste into valuables, and accords with the concept of green development at present; furthermore, the coal gangue sintered brickproduced by the production process not only has good antibacterial performance, but also can adsorb harmful gases such as indoor formaldehyde or benzene; in addition, the strength and the plasticity of the coal gangue sintered brick are improved to a great extent and the quality of the coal gangue sintered brick is improved.
本发明涉及烧结砖生产技术领域,更具体地说它涉及一种煤矸石烧结砖及其生产工艺;其由以下重量份的原料制成:煤矸石70~90份、粉煤灰10~15份、石膏6~10份、煤渣4~6份、硅藻土5~8份、空心玻璃微珠6~10份、炉渣3~6份、污泥12~18份、淤泥10~15份、建筑废弃泥土9~14份、页岩16~21份、功能添加剂4~8份、矿化剂2.8~4.2份、助熔剂2.3~3.5份、聚凝剂2.0~2.6份和胶结剂1.8~2.5份;本发明所制备出的煤矸石烧结砖不仅能减少了资源的浪费,而且还实现了变废为宝的目的,符合现在绿色发展的理念;再者,通过本发明提供的生产工艺生产的煤矸石烧结砖不仅具有很好的抗菌性能,而且还能吸附室内甲醛或苯等有害气体;另外,其强度和塑性均得到很大程度上地改善,提高了其质量和品质。
