Method for preparing building brick through direct slag carbonization
The invention discloses a method for preparing a building brick through direct slag carbonization. The method comprises the following steps: levigating and sieving slag; adding a proper amount of water and fully mixing up; loading the mixed raw material into a die to be formed so as to prepare a brick blank body; placing the prepared blank body in a reaction kettle; pumping carbon dioxide of different pressures into the reaction kettle for 12-168 hour's curing (under the curing conditions that the humidity is 80-95% and the temperature is 30-150 DEG C) to prepare a hardened brick body. By adoption of the method, the carbon dioxide gas can be well consolidated, so that environmental pollution caused by industrial waste gases is reduced. The prepared brick is high in strength and short in curing period, and can effectively replace a common building brick. The method makes the best of solid waste industrial slag, can consolidate carbon dioxide, improves recycling of solid wastes, and therefore, has very high economic and environment-friendly values.
